The New York Knicks pulled off an unbelievable comeback Tuesday night, erasing a massive 22-point deficit before defeating the Cavaliers in overtime in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Jalen Brunson once again took over the game, finishing with 38 points and leading the charge as MSG erupted during the comeback. The Knicks looked completely out of it early, but battled back possession by possession before forcing overtime and stealing the win.
