Looks like a damp and cool Shavuos ahead across the tri-state area. Friday, the first day of Yom Tov, temperatures are expected to stay around 60–64 degrees with a chance of scattered showers throughout the day. Shabbos is also looking cool, with highs around 60 and periods of rain and showers possible at times. Those heading to shul or walking to meals may want to keep a jacket or rain gear nearby.
